| Abstract: | An introduction was made on the coordination and cooperation among employer, supervisor and construction contractor during the construction of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex. The author also discussed the working methods and experience of supervisors, including the examination of construction plan and scheme, coordination of all parties concerned, control of cost, quality and progress etc. |
