| 摘 要： | 介绍了马氏体时效钢TIG模具堆焊金属粉芯焊丝的特点 ,研究了该焊丝堆焊金属的性能 ,探讨了堆焊模具的制造方法。研究结果表明 :马氏体时效钢TIG模具堆焊金属粉芯焊丝的焊接工艺性能和熔敷金属力学性能优良 ,所制造的热锻模寿命高于3Cr2W8V钢模

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the maraging steel metal_cored wire used for dies'TIG surfacing welding were introduced.The properties of the welding metals of the wire were studied and the TIG surfacing welding method for dies'manufacture was discussed.The experimental results show that the welding and mechanical performance of the wire is excellent.The service life of the hot forging die manufactured by TIG surfacing welding with the wire is much longer than that of the die made of3Cr2W8V steel. |
