| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代，制造业的主流企业将是知识型制造企业。在知识型制造企业中，知识是企业中的主要财富，知识型员工在企业中占大多数，企业的产品和服务的价值主要体现在知识上，企业的各项管理工作要围绕这个宗旨来展开。故对知识型企业的管理方法进行了一定深度的阐述和探讨。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy, the main stream of manufacturing firms will be the ones that own the power of knowledge. The knowledge is the main wealth of knowledge - owned firms and the employees who are highly knowledge -educated are the majority of enterprise. The products supplied and the service value mostly incarnate in the knowledge which they ve gained, meanwhile, the management of firms will focus on this principle that we' ve just discussed. The management methods of knowledge enterprise are elaborated and researched to some extent in this paper. |
