大跨度桥梁用WNQ570钢的气体保护焊接性能研究

摘    要:针对桥梁建造现场中要求焊接接头必须具有优良的接头性能,采用WER60和WER70N气体保护焊丝匹配WNQ570钢两种交货状态下的3种规格钢板进行了气保焊接试验。试验结果表明,接头抗拉强度和冷弯性能优良;接头过热区主要为贝氏体组织,焊缝金属主要为细小的针状铁素体组织,焊缝具有优良的低温冲击韧性;焊缝表层与中心全断面焊缝HV10均小于250,接头同时具有较低的时效敏感系数及较高的低温冲击韧性。

Abstract:In bridge construction, the performance requirements of welded joint must be excellent. In this article, the gas shielded welding tests were carried out on 3 kinds of steel plate under 2 delivery conditions by adopting WER60 and WER70N welding wires matching WNQ570 steel. The results indicated that the tensile strength and cold bending of welded joint are excellent, the superheating area of welded joint are mainly bainite structure, the weld metal are mainly fine acicular ferrite structure, and the weld is with good low-temperature impact toughness. The HV10 hardness values of weld surface and the center of weld both are less than 250HV10, the welded joint is with low aging sensitive coefficient and high impact toughness.
