锌镍合金镀层的黑色钝化

摘    要:锌镍合金镀层的钝化过程较锌镀层困难,通过对锌镍合金镀层黑色钝化的探索试验,获得了好的黑钝化液配方,所得的钝化膜黑色柔和,耐蚀性好。由于采用了非银盐钝化,钝化液稳定,使用寿命长。钝化液中铬酐含量较低,减少了对环境的污染。

Abstract:Process of chromating on Zn Ni alloy plating is more difficult than that of on Zn plating. Chromating solution capable of forming anticorrosive black chromate film on Zn Ni alloy coating is provided. Film obtained from this method has highly anticorrosive capability, and its color is gentle. The black chromate solution comprises no silver salt, it's very stable and can be used for many times. Content of hexavalent chromium is lower, pollution to the environment is reduced.
