覆盆子酮的合成研究

摘    要:用正交实验法研究了对羟基苯甲醛与丙酮的缩合反应条件。优选的工艺条件是 :物料物质的量比n(对羟基苯甲醛 )∶n(丙酮 )∶n(氢氧化钠 ) =1.0∶2 5∶2 5 ;反应温度为 30℃ ;反应时间为 5h。缩合反应产物 (不饱和酮 )的收率按对羟基苯甲醛计达到 84 2 %。不饱和酮经常规加氢还原、减压蒸馏、混合溶剂重结晶后得覆盆子酮 ,收率按对羟基苯甲醛计为 6 1 8%。产品为白色针状晶体 ,具有强烈的覆盆子香气 ,熔点 82~ 84℃ ,质量分数 >99 5 % ,达到QB 16 32标准

Abstract:The reaction conditions of condesation between phydroxybenzaldehyde (Ⅰ) and acetone (Ⅱ) were studied.The optimum molar ratio of the reactants was n(Ⅰ)∶n(Ⅱ)∶n(NaOH)=1.0∶25∶25.The reactants were heated at 30 ℃ for 5 h to give the unsaturated ketone in 842%yield.Raspberry ketone was obtained from the unsaturated ketone through hydrogenation,vaccum distillation and recrystallization with a kind of mixed solvent.Its yield was 618%,in term of the amount of Ⅰ.Its purity was over 995%.The product was needlelike crystals of m.p.82-84 ℃,with strong odour of raspberry seed oil and accorded with the standard of QB-1632.
