摘    要::用 1 萘乙酸和甲醇为原料 ,浓硫酸做催化剂 ,采用蒸馏分水工艺 ,在微正压下合成 1 萘乙酸甲酯。讨论了催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、醇酸比等因素对反应的影响。最适宜反应条件为 :n(甲醇 )∶n( 1 萘乙酸 ) =9∶1,催化剂用量为 1 萘乙酸质量的 8%、反应时间 10 0min、反应温度为回流温度 ,产品收率为 92 4%。经沸点测定、折光率测定和红外光谱分析予以确证

Abstract:The synthesis of methyl 1naphthylacetate was performed by esterisfication of methanol and 1naphthylacetic acid using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst under fractionating distillation and slightly positive pressure.Factors influencing the reaction were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions were as follow:molar ratio of methanol to 1naphthylacetic acid = 9∶1,mass ratio of catalyst to 1naphthylacetic acid 8%,reaction time 100 min,and reaction temperature the reflux temperature.Yield of the product was 92.4%.The results of b.p.determination,index of refraction and IR spectrometry indicated that the synthesized product was methyl 1naphthylacetate.
