一乙醇胺碱水催化氧化合成甘氨酸工艺研究

摘    要:用共沉淀法制备了一乙醇胺碱水氧化合成甘氨酸用Cu ZnO催化剂 ,考察了催化剂的制备因素对催化剂反应性能的影响 ,得到了合成甘氨酸的适宜反应条件。催化剂的制备过程为 :Cu(NO3) 2 和Zn(Ac) 2 共沉淀顺加法得铜锌氢氧化物 m(Cu)∶m(Zn) =0 0 8∶1.0 0 ,中和pH值 7.0~7 5 ],再经焙烧和还原得催化剂 (焙烧温度 40 0~ 42 0℃ ,H2 还原温度 2 10~ 2 30℃ )。实验结果表明 :在温度 140~ 170℃ ,H2 压力 0 8~ 1 2MPa,一乙醇胺与碱水催化反应 ,其转化率可达 98%以上 ,甘氨酸的选择性高于 95 %。

Abstract:A Cu/ZnO catalyst for the alkali water oxidation of ethanolamine to glycine was prepared by coprecipitating method.The influences of the catalyst's preparation methods and reaction conditions on the reactivity of the catalysts were studied.Reaction conditions for synthesizing glycine were obtained.Cu(NO\-3)\-2 and Zn(Ac)\-2 reacted with NaOH by direct coprecipitating method to produce CuZn hydroxide(neutralization pH 7.0-75),which was then roasted and reduced to obtain Cu/ZnO catalyst(roasting temperature 400-420 ℃,H\-2 reduction temperature 210-230 ℃).In presence of this catalyst,ethanolamine reacted with alkali water at 140-170 ℃ and H\-2 pressure of 08-12 MPa.The conversion was over 98% and selectivity for glycine was higher than 95%.
