摘    要:分别从模拟浸出环境和实际浸金过程两个方面研究硫代硫酸盐的消耗规律。S2O32-的损失率基本上随Cu2 浓度和NH4 浓度的增大而增大。pH由8.00升高到9.70时溶液中的S2O32-不但没有损耗,反而有所增加。在氨性溶液中,SO42-存在的条件下,随Na2SO3添加量增加,溶液中S2O32-损失率急剧下降,最后甚至出现溶液中S2O32-浓度快速升高的现象。用(NH4)2CO3代替(NH4)2SO4,最终溶液中S2O32-的损失率都很大。硫代硫酸盐浸金法具有较强的抗外来阳离子干扰的能力。实际矿样柱浸过程与搅拌浸出静置过程中硫代硫酸盐的损耗规律基本一致。

Abstract:The regularity of thiosulfate consumption in gold leaching process is studied in simulative and actual situation, respectively. The thiosulfate consumption is increased with the increase of concentration of Cu 2 and ammonium. The S_2O_3 2- is not consumed, on the contrary, is increased in some extent, while pH rises from 8.00 to 9.70. In ammonia solution with SO_4 2-, the loss of thiosulfate is remarkably decreased with the increase of the Na_2SO_3 addition, even though the concentration of S_2O_3 2- in leaching solution is finally increased. The loss of thiosulfate in solution is evident while substitution of (NH_4)_2CO_3 for (NH_4)_2SO_4. There is little impact of positive ion from the outside of the system on the process of gold leaching with thiosulfate. The thiosulfate consumption in actual column leaching is same as in settling period of tank leaching system.
