固体乳化润滑剂的研制

摘    要:针对液体润滑剂运输、使用不方便的问题,选用蒙脱石含量高的钠质膨润土和阳、阴离子表面活性剂发生反应,利用凝胶法加工工艺合成了一种粉末状固体乳化润滑剂。介绍了该固体乳化润滑剂的合成原理及工艺,对合成产品进行了X-射线衍射图谱分析和性能评价,并分析了其作用机理。该固体乳化润滑剂有很强的表面活性,润滑性能好,在钻井液中的分散度高、配伍性好,对钻井液性能影响不大,当该固体乳化润滑剂在基浆中的加量为0.5%、柴油加量达到8%后,润滑系数降低66.9%,且滤失量较大幅度降低,表观黏度和动切力小幅度增加。

Abstract:A solid lubricant is synthesized using sodium montmorillonite and anionic and cationic surfactants. This paper introduces the synthesis of this lubricant. X-ray analysis of the lubricant shows that this lubricant has strong surface activity,and is highly dispersible in drilling fluids. It has good compatibility with other additives and the drilling fluid as a whole.
