| Abstract: | The construction of the third-generation AP1000 nuclear power self-reliance supporting project is not only the carrier of technology introduction, digestion and absorption, but also a practice platform of nuclear power project management mode.In this paper, we hope that the practice and exploration of the current project management mode would bring some useful thoughts to the development of follow-up nuclear power plants in this regard. |
