摘    要:FANUC0i系统是目前国内数控机床上配置保有量最多的系统,回参考点故障是机床使用和维修过程中常见的故障类型,详细解读了回参考点的过程及原理,对该系统回参考点故障进行了总结归纳,并提出了分析思路和解决办法。

Abstract:FANUC0i system is currently configured to maintain a maximum amount of domestic CNC machine tool system,the reference point is the machine failure and repair process using common type of fault,the paper detailed interpretation of the reference point in the process and principles of the system back to the reference point of failure were summarized,and proposed ideas and solutions were analyzed.
