扭转梁半独立悬架结构设计研究

摘    要:针对A0和A级车常用的拖曳臂式扭转梁半独立悬架,论述了扭转梁半独立悬架开发设计流程及扭转梁的结构设计要点,主要涉及扭转梁剪切中心计算、扭转梁刚度计算和横梁截面结构参数设计等方面,可以有效地指导扭转梁半独立悬架的正向开发设计工作,有利于指导扭转梁的前期结构开发设计及其在设计过程中的改进工作。

Abstract:Semi-independent torsion beam suspension for A0 and A-class car trailing arm type were commonly used,the paper discussed the semi-independent torsion beam suspension and torsion beam design process to develop structural design features,which mainly related to the torsion beam shear center computing verified torsion beam stiffness calculation verification,beam cross-sectional design and other aspects of the structural parameters,it can effectively guide the semi-independent torsion beam suspension of forward development and design work,and can help reverse the early development and design of beams and structural changes of direction in the design process.
