可调阶梯孔组合刀具设计及研究

摘    要:随着机械产业的迅猛发展,机械制造的复杂化使用户对刀具的要求越来越高,传统分刀具和分工序的加工已无法满足生产高效性和高可靠性的要求。本文主要设计和研究了一种可调阶梯孔组合刀具,使曲轴箱上机油滤清器安装孔和安装面尺寸实现1把刀具1次工序加工,有效提高了加工的高效性和可靠性,降低了制造成本。

Abstract:With the rapid development of machinery industry,machinery manufacturing becoming increasingly complicated makes users have increasingly high demand of tools.The traditional multi-tool and sub-step process have been unable to meet the production requirements of efficiency and reliability.The paper mainly designed and researched adjustable bench combination tools,which makes the upper crankcase oil filter mounting hole and the mounting surface can be manufactured at one step,the processing efficiency and reliability were improved and costs became lower.
