深冷处理对三角材质Cr12MoV钢性能的影响

摘    要:对淬火后的Cr12MoV钢采用不同时间深冷处理,经回火处理后,对其进行金相组织分析和力学性能测试。试验结果表明,1 050℃淬火+550℃回火后,Cr12MoV钢的冲击功可达4.5J,淬火后的深冷处理时间〉4h后细化晶相的效果明显,超过12h的深冷处理可将Cr12MoV钢的硬度提升至65.5HRC,耐连续磨损性能提高2倍,可以有效改进三角的使用工况并延长使用寿命。

Abstract:Cr12MoV steel samples which were quenched were dealt with cryogenic treatment after tempering process,the effects of cryogenic time on the metallographic structure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results indicated that the impact energy of Cr12 MoV steel can reach 4.5Jafter quenched at 1 050 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃.A significant crystalline refinement happens after 4hcryogenic treatment,particularly cryogenic treatment for 12 hcan obviously enhance wear resistance of Cr12 MoV steel with the wear loss decreased by 67.0%,which can obviously improve the wear resistance of the triangle cam.
