| 摘 要： | 随着光电技术、集成电路技术和检测控制技术的飞速发展,将雨量光线传感器RLS应用在汽车上从而实现雨刷自动刮水和车前灯自动控制等是近年来汽车传感器应用中的研究热点。重点介绍了德国Melexis公司研发的雨量光线传感器专用接口芯片MLX75308,以其为主控元件设计了RLS模块实现方案,并对其工作原理加以陈述。该方案可满足雨量光线检测在汽车应用方面的智能化、集成化、可靠性高和成低本的国产化研发和生产的需要,具有巨大的市场潜力和广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of photoelectric technology,integrated circuit technology and test control technology,it is a hot spot in the way of automobile sensor application in recent years that rain light sensor is applied to realize the automatic control of windscreen wiper and headlights.The paper focused on the rain light sensor interface chip MLX75308,which was researched and developed by German Melexis company.Took it as the main control component,RLS module implementation scheme was designed,and its working principle was specified.This scheme can realize the intelligence,integration,reliability and lower cost of local research and development and production of the rain light detection in the automobile field.It has a huge market potential and broad application prospects. |
