摘    要:人造金刚石合成过程需要一定的高压高温环境,目前其一般在合成块构成的密封体系中实现,但对合成块的组成材料要求很高,必须具有良好的传压性能和密封性能,通常采用叶蜡石作为合成块的主体材料。通过对现有合成块结构进行分析,得出了各种材料的优势与不足,提出了一种新的分体式合成块结构。用改进后的白云石替代部分叶蜡石材料组合使用,达到了充分利用各种材料特点的效果,降低了叶腊石的原料消耗,提高了合成块的传压性能与保温性能。

Abstract:The process of diamond synthesis requires high pressure and high temperature system,currently synthesis blocks were used to build this system,but the materials composed demand high,it must have good pressure transmission performance and sealing performance.Generally pyrophyllite was used as main material.The paper analyzed the structure of the synthetic block in using.Depend on the advantages of different materials,put forward a structure with different materials in different areas.Replace part of pyrophyllite by improved dolomite.The system reduced the consumption of pyrophyllite,and improved the pressure transmission performance and sealing performance.
