| 摘 要： | BCC工艺由于具有提高产品综合性能和质量、节能降耗等优点而受到冶金企业的重视。本文在简介BCC工艺的基础上,分析了该工艺计算机控制系统的工艺过程分段和控制的关键问题,提出了控制系统对软件的要求及软件构成和功能。最后介绍了该软件在生产现场调试和实际运行情况。并给出了BCC工艺示意图、各个功能模块之间的数据流图和控制软件构成图等。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the design method of control software for BCC computer system.The main contents include the introduction for BCC technics principle, the subsections forthe technics, the control keys, the request for the control software, the software structureand functions, and the control software debugging and use, etc. It gives BCC technicssketch map, the data flow diagram in between every function module, and the softwarestructure diagram. |
