| Abstract: | The operation and management level of electric system directly influences the operation security and economics of a power plant and its competition capability in power generation market.The control characteristics of electric system are analyzed firstly.And then some critical problems needing attention are indicated to design a well performed electric control system (ECS).On the basis of the above,a new scheme of the system is provided,and its structure and implementation details are given. |
