摘    要:介绍了 DETA的各条合成路线及催化剂 ,指出以间甲基苯甲酸为原料的催化酰胺化与经由酰氯的胺解两条路线最具有实用价值。催化酰胺化路线适合工业生产 ,连续工艺最好的催化剂是硅胶或氢氧化钙磷灰石 ,间歇工艺最好的催化剂是亚磷酸。经由酰氯的胺解路线适合实验室小量制备 ,氯化反应最好的催化剂是吡啶

Abstract:All kinds of synthesis routes and catalysts for DETA were introduced, the most useful routes in practice were catalytic amination and mtoluyl chloride amination, they were both use mtoluic acid as raw material. The catalytic amination route was suitable for commercial production, for continuous process the best catalyst was silica gel or calcium hydroxyapatite, and for batch process the best catalyst is phosphorous acid. The mtoluyl chloride amination route was suitable for microscale preparation in laboratory, for chlorination reaction the best catalyst was pyridine.
