摘    要:采用无机陶瓷膜对精对苯二甲酸生产过程的废水进行预处理,回收精对苯二甲酸以降低废水的处理难度。实验考察了膜孔径、压力、流速、温度和反冲条件等无机陶瓷膜处理废水的影响因素,确定了工艺参数:膜孔径200nm,操作压力为0.30MPa,膜面流速3.0~4.0m/s,操作温度20~80℃,反冲时间1s,反冲周期40min,反冲压力0.40MPa。经过处理的废水基本上不含精对苯二甲酸固体颗粒。

Abstract:Inorganic ceramic membrane was used to pretreat the wastewater from terephthalic acid (PTA) production to remove solid granules and recover PTA. Influence factors, such as membrane pore size, transpressure, cross velocity, temperature and backflushing conditions were investigated. Preferred process parameters were: member pore size 200 nm, transpressure 0.30 MPa, cross velocity 3.0-4.0 m/s, operation temperature 20-80 ℃, backflushing duration 1 s, backflushing interval 40 min and backflushing pressure 0 .40 MPa. Basically no PTA solid granules in water could be detected after pretreatment.
