摘    要:如何保证风电并网系统的暂态稳定性和电能质量不降低是当前需解决的问题。基于解耦控制策略和同步发电机PSS控制策略,提出在风电并网中系统采用STATCOM-PSS控制的解决方案。研究表明STATCOM-PSS控制策略能有效恢复风电并网处的故障后电压,提高风电场的故障穿越能力,改善风电并网系统的暂态稳定性和风力发电机组的电能质量。

Abstract:When a large amount of wind power is integrated into electric power system, it will have an impact on the stable operation of the system. How to ensure that transient stability and power quality of wind power integrated system is the current problem to be solved. The solution of using STATCOM-PSS control in the wind power integrated system is presented in this paper. The study shows that the voltage after the fault at the point of common coupling in grid-connected wind farm can effectively be restored through using STATCOM-PSS control strategy, the fault through ability of wind farms can be enhanced, transient stability and power quality of wind power integrated system can be improved.
