煤粉炉燃烧神华煤防止结焦研究

摘    要:神华煤由于本身的特点,在煤粉锅炉中燃烧呈现了易结焦的问题。本文分析了这一现象的内在原因,通过实际锅炉的运行实践和统计数据,作者认为神化煤在煤粉炉中燃烧出现结焦不仅与其灰熔点有关,而且受到炉膛结构的影响。发现合理选择容积热负荷和截面热负荷,采用分散布置的燃烧器,适当减小假想切圆直径,可以通过锅炉设计,避免燃烧神华煤的煤粉炉结焦。运行中适当提高煤粉细度,维持炉膛烟气中氧量在一定水平,准确控制一次风粉的比率,保证各角燃烧器二次风风量平衡和风粉流量平衡也是避免结焦的重要手段。

Abstract:The slagging in the frnace is very popular when the Shenhua coal is fired in a pulverized coal (PC) boiler because of the coal property. The slagging principle is discussed in this paper. According to the practices and statistical investigation, the authors believe that the slagging occurred in the Shenhua coal fired PC boiler is caused not only its lower melt temperature but also the furnace size. It is found that the right boiler design, such as lower volume and fraction heating load and lower ideal circle diameter as well as dispersed tangential burners arrangement, can prevent from slagging even burning Shenhua coal. And the proper operation, for example, finer pulverized coal particle, higher oxygen concentration in gas at the outlet of the furnace, right primary air ratio and the balance of the primary air and secondary air of four corners, are also the key effect on the slagging.
