| Abstract: | This paper finds the problem under construction by the PDCA cycle of a construction area and using the Pareto Diagram and Causality Diagram method.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The waterproof effect is improved after construction organization and this method provides the successful experience for waterproof construction. |
