等压出油阀偶件结构与性能参数试验研究

摘    要:以PW 2000喷油泵为基础,通过喷油泵性能测试对比研究与分析,研究在高喷射压力强化条件下,等压出油阀偶件回油阀开启压力、回油孔直径、回油阀座面角度对喷油泵泵端压力、嘴端压力、残余压力、喷油规律综合性能及燃油液力系统穴蚀、二次喷射的影响规律与程度。研究表明,等压出油阀偶件回油阀开启压力的高低直接影响系统残余压力的大小,加大回油孔直径、降低回油阀开启压力、增加回油阀座面角度不同程度地增加了回油量,降低了残余压力,这有利于解决二次喷射问题,但对喷油定时稳定性及解决燃油液力系统穴蚀问题不利。

Abstract:Based on the PW2000 fuel injection pump,by fuel injection pump performance testing and comparing,the influences of delivery valve's opening pressure,diameter of fuel returning hole and seat angle of returning valve on injection pump pressure,nozzle pressure,residual pressure,injection pattern,secondary injection and cavitations were discussed in this paper.Research illustrates that the opening pressure value directly determines residual pressure,widening the diameter of returning hole,decreasing the opening pressure of returning valve and increasing the seat angle of returning valve will increase the returning fuel quantity in some degree,decrease the residual pressure,thus may solve the secondary injection problem,but may led to unstable timing and cavitations matters.
