废弃油基钻井液中柴油再生实验研究

摘    要:废弃油基钻井液热化学破乳-离心分离出的废柴油中含有大量的水分、颗粒杂质、沥青质和其它有机杂质。对分离出的废柴油进行再生实验研究,确定了废柴油的最佳再生工艺为絮凝-酸洗-碱洗-白土吸附工艺。该工艺所用絮凝剂为X-TSN,酸液为浓硫酸,碱液为氢氧化钠,吸附剂为活性白土,再生柴油的收率80.15%,其各理化性质基本达到了0#柴油的国III标准(GB 19147-2009)。再生柴油与市售0#柴油的组成基本相同,可用于重新配制油基钻井液。

Abstract:The waste diesel from abandoned oil-based drilling fluid through thermo-chemical demulsification and centrifugal separation contains much water, particle impurities, asphaltene and some other organic residues. After regeneration experimental research of waste diesel, the optimized process of flocculation-pickling-caustic washing-white clay adsorption was confirmed, in which the flocculant X-TSN, concentrated sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and activated clay adsorbent were used, with the diesel recovery rate of 80.15%. The main physicochemical properties of regenerated diesel meet the level III of 0# diesel standard (GB 19147-2009). The ingredients of regenerated diesel were fundamentally the same as those of 0# standard diesel, which could be used to prepare oil-based drilling fluid.
