纳米晶堆积结构ZSM-5微球的合成及其在2-甲基萘甲基化中的应用

摘    要:以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和正硅酸乙酯为双硅源,采用变温晶化法合成纳米晶堆积结构ZSM-5微球,并采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM和N2吸附-脱附手段对其进行结构表征,考察了其对2-甲基萘(2-MN)与甲醇烷基化合成2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)反应的催化性能。结果表明,所合成样品是由若干纳米晶堆积而成的高度晶化的ZSM-5分子筛,在合成2,6-DMN反应中显示出较高的催化活性和选择性, 2-MN转化率最高可达39.2%,反应至8 h时,2,6-DMN产率为7.1%,2,6-/2,7-DMN比可达1.9,主要归结于其较多的酸量和较弱的酸强度。

Synthesis of Nanocrystalline Stacked Structural ZSM-5 Microsphere and Its Application in Alkylation of 2-Methylnaphthalene With Methanol

Abstract:Nanocrystalline stacked structural ZSM-5 zeolite microsphere was hydrothermally synthesized by varied temperature with vinyltriethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane as double silica resources, and characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, N2 adsorption-desorption techniques. The catalytic performance of catalysts in the methylation of 2-methylnaphthalene (2-MN) with methanol to produce 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (2,6-DMN) was investigated. The results showed that the prepared sample was ZSM-5 zeolite microsphere containing many nano-crystals with good crystallinity. The nanocrystalline stacked structural ZSM-5 zeolite performed higher activity and selectivity than commercial nano ZSM-5 in 2,6-DMN synthesis with the highest 2-MN conversion of 39.2%, and 2,6-DMN yield of 7.1% and the 2,6-/2,7-DMN ratio of 1.9 after 8 h on stream, which was owing to its more acid sites and weaker acid strength
