摘    要:狮子山铜矿的中深孔爆破炸药单耗大 ,大块产出率高。本文在系列爆破漏斗试验的基础上 ,对该矿的爆破参数进行了优化设计研究。研究采用了国内外正广泛探讨的小抵抗线的爆破技术 ,在保持孔网面积S =a·Wd(孔间距×抵抗线 )和单位炸药消耗量基本不变的情况下 ,减小抵抗线Wd,增大孔间距a ,使炮孔的密集系数m(m =αWd)增大。适当变化a和Wd 的值 ,可使爆炸能充分利用 ,从而降低炸药单耗和大块率

Abstract:The unit explosive consumption of medium-length-hole is large and the mass productivity is high in Shizishan copper mine. With the experiments of serious blasting filler, the blasting parameters of the mine are optimized in the paper. The blasting technique of diminishing burden is adopted here, which has been researched broadly at home and abroad. Under the conditions of the area of holes' mesh and unit explosive consumption invariable, the density factor of holes is increased by diminishing burden and increasing space. Changing the value of a and W d properly, the explosive energy can be made full use, as a result, both unit explosive consumption and mass productivity are decreased.
