高硬度铜渣综合利用研究

摘    要:介绍了某种高硬度铜渣的性质,分析了用颚式破碎机和惯性圆锥破碎机两段开路将铜渣破碎到90%以上-8mm的方法,研究和解决了破碎过程中遇到的问题,简介了一段回收铜和铁的新选矿流程。

Abstract:There is abundant available resource in the copper slag. It is necessary for comprehensive utilizing from the sides of economy and environment. This paper introduces the characters of a high rigidity copper slag, the two steps open circuit of crushing copper slag by jaw crusher and inertia cone crusher which can crush copper slay to - 8mm up to 90 percent. The problem ocurred in crush process is studied and resolved. A new process flow which can utilize both resources of copper and iron is summarized.
