隔离型开关电感Zeta变换器磁集成研究

摘    要:为了提高传统非隔离变换器的电压增益、开关频率和功率密度,同时实现电气隔离、减小电感电流纹波和变换器体积重量,提出了一种磁集成开关电感隔离型Zeta变换器。该变换器中加入了变压器以实现电气隔离,用开关电感代替变换器中的储能电感,并对变压器和开关电感进行了磁集成。分析了变换器的工作模态,推导了变换器电压增益表达式;分析了电感电流纹波的大小,给出了该变换器的磁集成设计方案。与传统Zeta变换器相比,该变换器的电压增益提高了N(1+D)倍,开关电感电流纹波减小了近一半。样机实验结果表明具有开关电感的磁集成隔离型变换器具有优良的综合性能,验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:In order to improve the voltage gain, switching frequency and power density of the traditional non isolated converter, as the same time it can realize the electrical isolation, reduce the inductor current ripple and the converter volume weight.A magnetic integrated switch inductance isolated Zeta converter is proposed.The proposed converter includes a transformer to achieve electrical isolation and the energy storage inductance in the traditional converter is replaced by the switch-inductor.The switch inductance and transformer are magnetic integrated.Firstly,this paper analysed the working principle and voltage gain expression of the proposed converter.Secondly,this paper analysed the size of inductor current ripple and the magnetic integration design scheme of the proposed converter is presented.Compared with the traditional zeta converter,the voltage gain of the proposed converter can reach 3(1 D)times and the current ripple of the switched-inductor are reduced half.Finally the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by the experiment.These show that the proposed converter has excellent comprehensive performance.
