摘    要:介绍了重庆钢铁钒氮合金化热轧抗震钢筋HRB400E产品开发全过程,包括成分设计、生产工艺流程、炼钢及轧钢工艺控制要点、产品力学性能及金相组织等。为了降低生产成本及提高产品质量,重庆钢铁在原有钒合金化的基础上降钒增氮,利用现场试制及金相、力学性能检验等手段成功开发了低成本、高品质的新一代钒氮合金化热轧抗震钢筋。大量研究及实际生产表明,钒合金化适用于热轧钢筋的产品开发,而在钒合金化的基础上增氮有利于降低钒的用量,降低钢坯成本,且产品性能优良。

Abstract:The development process of V- N alloyed hot rolled ribbed bar HRB400 has been introduced including the theory of chemical component design, production process, key points of steelmaking and rolling, mechanical property and metallographic structure. To reduce the production cost and improve the product quality, Chongqing CISL has developed a lower cost, high quality new V- N alloyed HRB400E steel product through adding a new chemical element N to control the usage of V alloy on the base of the original V alloyed design by means of plant trial production, metallography and mechanical property inspection. A lot of research and plant actual production shows that V alloying is quite suitable for the development of hot rolled ribbed bars. And nitrogen addition on the basis of vanadium alloying is beneficial to reduce the amount of vanadium, decrease the billet cost and ensure a good final quality.
