大方坯凸辊轻压下试验

摘    要:通过对现有的轻压下与重压下的研究现状和现场生产出现的情况进行分析,提出采用凸辊进行轻压下的方案,并在大方坯连铸机上进行试验。采用凸辊在大方坯连铸机轻压下试验表明,凸辊替代平辊轻压下能有效解决铸坯内部偏析问题,并未产生内部裂纹,低倍组织并未出现缩孔与疏松的情况。凸辊替代平辊轻压下能降低约30%压下力和电机扭矩,为轻压下能力不足的大方坯连铸机轻压下改造提供指导。

Abstract:Through the analysis of the existing research status of soft reduction and hard reduction and the situation of on site production, the soft reduction with convex roller was proposed and then carried out on a bloom continuous casting machine. The trial results showed that center segregation could be reduced effectively by using the convex roller instead of the flat roller, the internal cracks were not formed and the shrinkage and loosening of macrostructure were not observed. Trial showed that the reduction force and torque could be reduced by 30% during soft reduction with the convex roller by replacing the flat roller, which could be the guideline for soft reduction revamping on bloom continuous casting machine with insufficient reduction capacity.
