摘    要:阐述了近年来国内取向硅钢的生产现状和取向硅钢渗氮工艺的进展,分析概括了主要生产企业的技术特点与专利储备情况。随着市场需求的变化,中国取向硅钢产能中高磁感取向硅钢占比越来越高,生产企业的专利布局也转向高磁感取向硅钢的开发,环保型产品的开发也成为了新的热点。薄板坯连铸连轧和双辊薄带连铸工艺在高磁感取向硅钢上的开发已有很大进展,但商业应用仍有相当距离。同时,展望了高磁感取向硅钢未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:The present production status including nitriding process development of high magnetic induction grain- oriented silicon steel (Hi- B) in China are summarized, and the relevant technologies and the corresponding patent reserves in some major electrical steel producers are analyzed. With the change of market demand, the proportion of high permeability oriented silicon steel is getting higher. The patent layout of production enterprises has also turned to the development of Hi- B steel. The development of environmentally- friendly products has become a new focus. Although Hi- B production using the thin slab casting and direct rolling and the twin- roll strip casting processes has made great progress, there are still considerable distances for commercial applications. The future development of high permeability oriented silicon steel is discussed.
