摘    要:PSS/E作为广泛应用且功能强大的电力系统专业仿真分析软件,在模型仿真研究中具有巨大优势。但PSS/E的暂态模型在对风电机组的低电压穿越描述中存在缺陷,致使PSS/E环境下的风电建模仿真无法进行有效深入的并网研究,对于电网规划建设及运行控制各个环节,均降低了实际参考指导意义。通过全面解析PSS/E第2代风机模型的构建机理,阐述其在风机低电压工况描述上的优势与不足,并应用PSS/E强大的暂态模型自定义功能对其低穿特性进行功能补充优化。该工作填补了基于PSS/E第2代风机模型进行功能扩展上的研究空白,丰富了PSS/E暂态模型库,赋予该软件平台进行大规模可再生能源并网发电暂态分析的核心功能。结合风机实际电压跌落故障下的输出特性,通过仿真对比验证了该模块的准确性与实用性。

Abstract:As a powerful power system simulation software, PSS/E has large advantage in large-scale power system simulation. But in the PSS/E transient model there is no low voltage ride through model for wind turbine generator, which makes wind power simulation be lack of reference in engi-neering practice. According to analyze the principle of the PSS/E 2nd wind turbine generator, this paper indicated the advantage and disad-vantage of the low voltage operation condition in 2nd model and built the low voltage ride through model based PSS/E 2nd wind turbine gener-ator to optimize the function of low voltage operation condition. This paper filled up the field of function extension for 2nd model and the model this paper built enriches the dynamic model of PSS/E and make PSS/E has more reference in engineering practice for the study of power system simulation with fluctuant wind power. Finally, with the actual wind turbines voltage dip fault and comparison of simulation, this paper verified the correctness and practicability of the user-defined model.
