摘    要:针对在飞机弓形结构件喷丸工艺中喷丸应力产生多余变形,需要频繁调整零件不同区域喷丸参数的问题,使用Python语言对Abaqus软件的前、后处理模块进行二次开发。所开发的插件可以自动快速实现Abaqus的前处理操作,包括几何建模、网格划分和初始应力施加等。该插件可在Abaqus后处理中自动输出弓形结构件沿半径方向的最大位移,该位移可视作喷丸强化引起的变形。采用试验方法验证所开发插件的有效性,为快速预测不同喷丸参数下弓形件喷丸强化的变形提供参考。

Abstract:There is excessive deformation caused by shot peening stress, and the shot peening parameters in part different areas should be adjusted frequently. As to this problem, Python language is adopted to redevelop the pre processing and post processing module of Abaqus software. The developed plug ins can automatically and quickly implement the pre processing operation of Abaqus, including geometric modeling, mesh generation and initial stress subroutine application. In Abaqus post processing, the plug ins can automatically output the maximum displacement of arc shaped frame along the radius direction, which can be regarded as the deformation caused by shot peening. The validity of the developed plug ins is verified by test method. It provides a reference for the rapid prediction of the deformation of arc shaped parts under the different shot peening parameters.
