FeO、Al2O3和MgO质量分数对高炉初渣黏度的影响

摘    要:以涟钢7号高炉软熔带炉料滴落形成的初渣为研究对象进行化学成分分析,采用分析纯试剂制备高炉炉渣渣样,探究CaO SiO2 MgO Al2O3 FeO五元渣系中,w(FeO)为3%~8%、w(Al2O3)为9%~13%及w(MgO)为2%~6%对涟钢7号高炉初渣黏度和熔化性温度的影响规律。结果表明,在碱度为1.373时,炉渣黏度随FeO质量分数的增加而减小,且FeO质量分数越大,炉渣的熔化性温度越低;当w(MgO)为7.38%、w(FeO)为5%时,炉渣黏度和熔化性温度都随着Al2O3质量分数的增加而减小;当w(Al2O3)为10.95%、w(FeO)为5%时,随着MgO质量分数的增加,炉渣黏度和熔化性温度都呈现降低趋势。

Abstract:Taking the primary slag formed by the dropping of the burden in the soft melting zone of the No.7 blast furnace of Liansteel as the research object, the chemical composition analysis was carried out, and the blast furnace slag sample was prepared by using the analytical pure reagent. The influence of the mass fraction of FeO(3% 8%), Al2O3(9% 13%) and MgO(2% 6%) in CaO SiO2 MgO Al2O3 FeO five component slag system on the initial slag viscosity and melting temperature was explored. The experimental results showed that the viscosity of slag decreased with the increase of FeO mass fraction and the higher the FeO mass fraction, the lower the melting temperature of slag at a binary basicity of 1.373. When the mass fraction of MgO and FeO was 7.38% and 5%, respectively, the slag viscosity and melting temperature decreased with the increase of Al2O3 mass fraction. When the mass fraction of Al2O3 and FeO was 10.95% and 5%, respectively, the slag viscosity and melting temperature showed a decreasing trend with the increase of MgO mass fraction.
