铁矿烧结黏结相气孔率影响因素分析

摘    要:为了明确影响黏结相气孔特征的主要因素,采用矿相显微镜分析法测定了黏结相的气孔率,采用可视化微型烧结法研究了影响黏结相气孔率的主要因素,进而探究其对黏结相自身强度的影响规律。结果表明,含铁矿物气孔率从大到小矿物类型为磁铁矿>褐铁矿>赤铁矿;在固定CaO的配比为15%时,气孔率随着SiO2含量的增加先增加后减小,随着Al2O3含量的增加而减小,黏结相的强度随着气孔率的增加而减小。

Abstract:In order to clarify the influence factors of the pore characteristics of the sintered bonded phase, the porosity of the sintered bonded phase was measured by mineral phase microscopy, and the main factors affecting the porosity of the bonded phase were studied by visual micro sintering method, and then the influence law of the porosity on the strength of the bonded phase itself was explored. The results showed that the porosities of iron bearing minerals from large to small were magnetite > limonite > hematite. When the ratio of fixed CaO was 15%, the porosity first increased and then decreased with the increase of SiO2 content, and decreased as the Al2O3 content increased. And the strength of the bonding phase decreased with increasing the porosity.
