摘    要:热轧硅钢断面轮廓对冷轧横向厚差有重要影响,尽可能减小热轧硅钢边降有利于减小冷轧成品横向同板差。为了改善热轧硅钢边降较大、轧制周期短的问题,在1 580 mm精轧机下游F5~F7机架尝试使用大凹辊辊型,总结了大凹辊辊型应用前后热轧硅钢断面板形指标、冷轧横向同板差和工作辊磨损改善情况,分析了大凹辊辊型对硅钢边降和轧辊磨损的影响。实践发现使用大凹辊辊型可有效延长轧制千米数,减小轧制末期硅钢边降,改善冷轧成品横向同板差。

Abstract:The strip profile of hot rolled silicon steel has an important effect on the transverse thickness difference of cold rolled strip. Reducing the edge drop of hot rolled silicon steel strip as much as possible is beneficial to the decrease of the transverse thickness difference of cold rolled strip. In order to improve the problems such as large edge drop and short rolling period of silicon steel strip, large concave roll contour is applied in the downstream stands F5- F7 of 1 580 mm line. The shape indicators of hot rolled strip, the transverse thickness difference of cold rolled strip and the wear contour of work rolls before and after the application of large concave roll are summarized, and the influence of the large concave roll on the edge drop of silicon steel and the wear contour of work roll is analyzed. It is concluded that the large concave roll contour can effectively extend the rolling mileage, reduce the strip edge drop at the end of rolling unit, and improve the transverse thickness difference of silicon steel strip.
