The control System of the First Station of the Kelamay-Dushanzi Oil Pipeline

The automatic control system used in oil transportation production become more advanced and reliable along with the development of oil industry.PLC is developed rapidly as the industrial controller and applied comprehensively in recent years.It has many advantages,such as stronger control ability,reliable operation,simple programming,flexible operation,easy to care,better stability and stronger anti jamming capability.The configuration and function of the control system taking PLC as a control kernel adopted in the first station of the Kelamay Dushanzi oil pipeline and the structure,characteristics,and application of SCAN3000 software used in the system is introduced.SCAN3000 system has the favorable interface and can be compatible with other software.Its application results show that the control system can increase the automatic control capability of the first station and reduce the labor intensity of operators and ensure the safe operation of pipeline so that a better economic benefit can be obtained in the company.
