摘    要:韶关钢铁集团有限公司对D900-21鼓风机进行三元流节能转子技术改造,从改造后的运行情况来看,三元流转子的流量达到了1000 m3/min,压力达到0.6MPa,符合设计要求.

Abstract:Being designed based on the theory of 3-D air-flow in the vane wheel, the 3-D flow rotor, which is the key component of a centrifugal blower, is more efficient and energy-saving than the regular one, thus representing the primary development direction of centrifugal air blower. A modification project was then undertaken at SISG Co. to improve the performance of the D900-21 centrifugal air blower based on the 3-D flow theory, and has yielded a good result, with the flow rate reaching 1 000 m3/min and the pressure up to 0.26 MPa, all in accord with the design specifications.
