纸张增强技术的新发展

摘    要:随着高得率浆和二次纤维的大量使用,纸张强度对增强剂的依赖性越来越大;开发增强效率更高、增强效果更好的新型造纸增强剂或增强技术已经成为造纸业发展的一个重要方向。该文介绍了目前研究较多的聚合物胶乳增强技术、聚电解质复合物增强技术、纳米纤维增强技术、微凝胶增强技术以及阴、阳离子聚电解质层层涂覆增强技术等纸张增强技术。

Abstract:With the widely use of high yield pulp and secondary fibers,the dependence of paper strength on strengthening agents is growing increasingly. Exploring more efficient strengthening agents and techniques has already been an important research area in papermaking industry. This paper introduced the strengthening techniques of polymer latex, polyeleetrolyte complexes,nanofibrils, polymer mincrogels and polyelectrolyte muhilayers, which have been widely investigated in recent years.
