W火焰炉NO_x排放试验研究

摘    要:山西阳光发电有限责任公司1、2号W火焰炉NOx排放浓度较高。通过对1号锅炉几种典型负荷的运行工况进行试验,测定炉膛温度和烟气成分,对测定数据和运行工况进行综合分析,得出该炉NOx排放浓度高的主要影响因素,并针对性地提出改进建议。

Abstract:The concentration of NOx emission of No.1 and No.2 W-flame boilers in Shanxi Yangguang Power Co., Ltd. is very high. Through test of working conditions of several typical load for No. 1 boiler, the furnace temperature and flue gas composition are determined. Main factors influencing of NOx concentration are obtained by comprehensive analysis of data and working conditions, and related suggestions are put forward.
