混合型多电平逆变器电路设计研究

本文根据混合型多电平逆变器电路结构实现方式的不同，将其分为混合电平式逆变器和混合单元式逆变器，并分析了这两类逆变器电路拓扑结构的特点。对其高压单元功率器件电压应力较高、低压单元存在电流倒灌现象等问题进行了深入研究，得出了消除上述问题的电路结构设计方法，仿真实验证明该方法的有效性。

Research on Circuit Design of Mixed Multilevel Inverter

This paper classifies the hybrid multilevel inverter into hybrid vohage inverter and hybrid cell inverter according to their topology structure and analyzes their characteristics. Based on the thorough research on the problems of the over-abundance vohage stress of high-vohage cell and the current backflow of low-vohage cell, a new circuit design method is presented in this paper to resolve the problems above. The validity of the method has been verified through simulation results.
