| 摘 要： | 分析了施工项目成本控制原则,从组织、技术、经济方面归纳了项目成本的控制措施,并指出成本控制原则与采取的措施是密不可分的,而且各项原则之间有着相关性,在成本控制过程中,坚持理论与实际相结合,从而达到项目成本控制的最终目的.

| Abstract: | Principles for cost control of construction projects are analyzed.From organization,technology,economy and other aspects projects cost control measures are summarized.Author points out that cost control principles and effective measures are complement each other.Correlations existed among those principles.In cost control integration of theory with practice should be stick to realize effective control of project cost. |
