摘    要:层次分析法是一种层次权重决策分析方法。介绍了层次分析法理论以及应用层次分析法的一般步骤和计算方法,并对大屯锡矿影响其掘进效率的工人熟练度、凿岩时间、喷浆时间、管理水平等20个因素进行分析,根据专家打分对各影响因素进行赋值,通过分析计算确定了各影响因素的优先级,从而得出了影响掘进效率的主要因素为凿岩时间、喷浆时间、维修设备时间及管理水平4个因素,其占总权重数分别为32.4%、15.4%、15.4%和12.6%。最终,在此基础上对凿岩、喷浆、设备停修等问题提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:Analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) is a decision making analysis method based on hierarchy weights. This paper introduced the theory of AHP and the general steps and calculation methods of AHP application,and ana-lyzed the 20 factors influencing the tunneling efficiency in Datun Tin Mine including workers'proficiency, drilling time,spouting time and management level.Rated by experts,each factor was assigned value and the priorities of each factor were analyzed and determined.The results showed that the drilling time, spouting time, equipment maintence and management level were the 4 factors influencing the tunneling efficiency,whose total weight were 32.4%,15.4%, 15.4%and 12.6 %respectively.At last,based on the results,measures were proposed to optimize the drilling time, spouting and equipment maintenance.
