摘    要:银山矿井下采场目前主要采用无底柱浅孔留矿采矿法开采北山区的薄矿体,采矿损失贫化较大。为提高井下生产效益,从静力学和流体力学的角度分析了不同的第一分层高度对存窿矿石回采率的影响,并在井下采场进行了现场试验,最终确定采场第一分层最优高度为1.8 m。采场最优第一分层高度的确定,极大地提高了溜矿效率,降低了采矿损失贫化,存窿矿石回采率最高可达82%。

Abstract:The underground mining operations of Yinshan mining company are mainly carried out by using the shallow-hole shrinkage mining method without sill pillars .The method is for the extraction of the thin orebody in Beis-han Mining District but has considerable loss and dilution rate .To improve the economic benefits of underground opera-tions,this study mainly from the perspective of static mechanics and fluid mechanics analyzed the impact of different first layer height on the recovery rate of stored ores ,and field experiments in the underground stope were conducted . The result showed that the optimal first layer height was 1.8 m,the determination of which greatly improved the ore drawing efficiency ,lowered mining loss and dilution .The recovery rate of the stored ores can reach as high as 82 %.
