| 摘 要： | 矿山企业建立安全生产责任和权力清单是一项全新的工作,通过建立安全生产责权清单,可以实现履职免责,失职追责。分析了责权清单建立过程中法律法规、监管部门以及矿山企业存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策措施,对矿山企业建立安全生产责任和权力清单具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | It is an entirely new job for mining enterprises to establish right and obligation list tor sate production,whose establishment can ensure that everyone is doing their job and takes the responsibility if they fail to do so.The paper analyzes the problems to solve in the establishing process about the law and regulations,supervision organizations and mining enterprises,and puts forward countermeasures,providing guiding significance for establishing right and obligation list for safe production of mining enterprises. |
