四方金矿空压机热能回收系统应用实践

摘    要:分析了四方金矿原供暖设备应用过程中存在的问题,针对空气压缩机应用过程中大量余热散失浪费的现状,对空气压缩机进行了热能回收系统技术改造,采用空压机余热供暖替代了原来的锅炉供暖,并分析、阐述了热能回收系统项目的应用特点、改造效果和推广应用情况。生产实践表明:将空压机运行时产生的余热供暖代替原来的供暖方式,起到了节能减排的效果,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:The paper analyzed the problems existing in the present heating facility in Sifang Gold Mine,and taking into consideration that there is considerable amount of heat wasted in the functioning of air compressor,carried out technical renovation of the air compressor to recycle heat,replacing the previous boiler heating system.The paper analyzed and elucidated the application characteristics,renovation effect and promotion of the heat recycling system project.Production practice shows that it does well in energy saving and emission reduction for the waste heat generated by air compressor functioning to replace the previous heating system,achieving good economic and social profits.
