摘    要:为查明某贫硫化物碳酸盐型微细粒难处理金矿石工艺特性,对其进行了工艺矿物学研究,包括矿石矿物组成、主要矿物嵌布特征、嵌布粒度、金矿物工艺特征等。结果表明:矿石平均金品位15.17 g/t、硫0.65%、有机碳0.47%,有机碳吸附金占40.10%,金为唯一有价元素;矿石中有机碳含量高,而硫化物含量低,金矿物粒度微细并与脉石关系密切,脉石矿物泥化严重等均会影响金的回收。研究结果对该类型矿石的开发具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:To find out the process mineralogy of one carbonate micro-fine refractory gold ore with low sulfide con-tent,the paper carried out process mineralogy study on it,including mineral composition,embedding characteristics, embedding grain size,mineralogical characteristics of gold minerals. The results show that the average gold grade is 15. 17 g/t,sulfur grade 0. 65 % and organic carbon grade 0. 47 %,40. 10 % gold is adsorbed by organic carbon,and gold is the only valuable element;the organic carbon content is high in the ore,but the sulfur content is low; severe argillization of gangue minerals and the fact that the grain size of gold minerals is micro-fine and closely related with gangues will both affect gold recovery. The results have certain guiding significance for the exploitation of the same type ores.
