摘    要:针对某黄金冶炼公司氰化尾矿特点,以实现达标堆存或外售为主要目的,分别采用长春黄金研究院自主研发的3R-O化学净化回收法及预沉淀因科法进行了半工业试验研究。研究结果表明,2种工艺均可以将氰化尾矿由危险废物无害化处理为一般工业固体废物,无害化处理后的尾渣可以外售转移,尾液全部循环利用,为企业工程化应用提供技术保障。

Abstract:Pilot-scale experimental study is conducted on the cyanidation tailings from a gold smelting company based on their property separately with 3R-O chemical purification recovery process,which is the independent research and development of Changchun Gold Research Institute,and the pre-precipitation inco-process,with the purpose to stockpile the tailings or sell them.The result shows that the 2 processes both can treat the cyanidation tailings from hazardous waste to common industrial solid waste,which can be for sale;the tailings solution can be entirely recycled;they can provide technical support of engineering application for enterprises.
